​Ronnie is the author of the Tales From the Dark World series which includes, Crimson Dawn, Black Moon Rising, Ascension, and various shorts. She also penned the ongoing Freaks series, the YA spinoff set in the same world, which includes, Freak Among Freaks, and The Road to Was.

Ronnie is a mother of two, grandmother of one, and auntie to many nieces and nephews. She's a card-carrying member of the rainbow mafia and has lived in South Carolina her entire life.

Ronnie is a total nerd that can talk to you for hours about her favorite things, which include but are not limited to: comics, vampires, mythology, movies, and comic tv shows, so tread carefully. Once you get her started, you are in for the long haul. She is a collector of many things and cries during movies and tv shows. She is of the opinion that Klaus deserved better.

Ronnie's love of reading began as a child when her mother read to her before bed. That love of reading eventually morphed into a love of writing. She has been writing short stories, poetry, and songs, since high school.
